Hide desktop icons

I used desktopX about a year ago then took a break from it. now i started useinbg it again and rememberd i used to have hide/show desktop items button. it was very usefull but now i cant find it

so what happened to it? anyone know where it is or anyone has it?

Right click on desktop > arrange icons by > uncheck show desktop icons.

i wanted a simple way to show/hide them without having to do that every time. thats what that widget/object (cant rememebr which it was) was for~
