Server problems/Skins included with WB updates

I recently updated WB5 and it took 35 minutes to download the 6.2 MB files. I have broadband (1MB/sec download and 300KB/sec upload speed) and I felt like I was back on dial-up. Are there server problems that have suddenly developed. I have not had this problem in the past. Another issue I have is when I download an update to WB,why are there several skins included in the download? I end up deleting these skins as I along with many of your customers, have specific tastes and on Wincustomize.com there are over 3,000 skins with which to indulge ourselves. Please offer in the future,updates to WB without the skins included. Thank you Doodlebop

In SDC, Tools | Settings | Internet switch servers. See if that helps.

An opt-out for skins would be OK for experianced users.
