Hey all,

I've got a *very* basic desktop setup for our new Kiosks, simple black screen, IE icons linking to our various informational pages, local weather, and an RSS feed for class cancellations.

What I need is to 'tighten it up' I'd like to disable:

right-click
moving of icons
changing of widget features

also, i'd like to enable:

seamless startup into the theme of my choosing
auto-run some processes in the background

I've very comfortable with vbscript and XP, so i'm open to most any suggestion you've got.
