All skins/icons must be submitted to the Skins Galleries ( submit a file, resources panel on left of page ). Submissions here are moderated before being accepted. By posting them in the forums you are bypassing the system.
According to your profile you have been a member for 6 months, so one would assume you have look at and downloading items from the galleries, yet posting your icons in the forums seemed proper.?
