The problem has to do with the closing problem resolved in another thread (thanks again!)


If I try to close the player while a selection is playing, without stopping the file's play back, I get Runtime Error R6025 - Pure Virtual Function Call.


I am a very old programmer. These new things are all alien to me.


I think I need to add a script to the close button that will stop the playback, but am unsure. That does not seem to be part of the examples I have seen.


Any Ideas?


This happens with the video player I'm struggling with too.


I can call up a video screen from a button (still have not figured out how to have it open automatically!) (but that can wait).


Could it be related to the text displays? If a timer is still trying to count the duration of the file??


I have no clue.
