Shutdown argument?

I am trying to completly eliminate the windows taskbar so I need to add shortcuts for shutdown and restart so I dont have to go to the start menu. Does anyone know the argument for this?

EDIT I was also hoping someone knew the path for the "Wireless network connection" command that usually floats in the taskbar. Thanks
