No matter what I do I get this about half the time when I resume from sleep. Never when I start the pc.
Also: Start11 could use a forum category, unless I missed it.

Sorry, I forgo to clarify this occurs on my 2nd monitor. Main desktop is unaffected. though windows work on the screen, they only size to the half of the desktop not covered by the taskbar. Very frustrating.

Try these, when the taskbar is at a correct size. Do a Start11 setting backup to a file. As a test when the issue appear, and you do the restore settings, does the taskbar return to the correct size?

It does not resolve the issue.
Does doing this return the taskbar to its after boot size? The step might not resolve your issue, but at least we know the restore work.
