When I apply a live or video background it stays static and opaque. When I change the video it does the same thing. I used those videos with Windows 10 and it worked without problems.
It does work on W10.
Edit: While LeoAI says it does, I think it doesn't.

Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, yes, if I remember correctly Deskscapes v10 is not officially compatible with Windows 11.
