I'm finding lately (didn't used to happen) that when I exit a game or some other full screen apps (not sure if it happens all the time for non-games or not) my OD+ icons appear under the dock backgrounds. If i drag an icon off the dock and let it "snap back" the proper order is restored, but this adds a bit of extra work since I have 4 docks and game a lot.
