Microsoft Streets & Trips 2005

Hi

Microsoft Streets & Trips 2005 won't open with windowblinds 5 (latest
version) installed even with this program excluded through the per
application section. On attempting to open I get a low memory message. Using
XP home with 1023 mb memory, are there any adjustments I can make to correct
this. If I unload WB5 it opens with no problem.
