That's why you're polishing your 'thumper' OVER AND OVER again!

However, one should never not polish their thumper... it can lead to unhygenic situations and can result in headaches.
In fact, there is absolutely nothing wrong with polishing one's thumper in the privacy of one's home - doing it out of doors can lead to mass troll hysteria - and is recommended thrice daily to avoid 'those' headaches.
I used to be a closet thumper polisher, but ever since coming out, and it's no longer a secret, I sorta lost interest and only polish once a month or so now. I guess, though, that also comes with age... like when your wrists aren't as strong as they used to be and it's harder to get a grip, thus making it harder to lift up your thumper.
I imagine that the same would apply to throbbers... that over time they become too heavy and end up as a mere ornament on one's the mantlepiece to serve as a reminder to more glorious times.
