First of all...I just upgraded from Windows xp to Windows xp Proffessional.I never had any problems till I upgraded.
My problem is that the majority of skins I have applied,have glithes in the design,like when I open up the start menu,it has black lines through it,and my taskbar is mainly black with specks of the design,I don't know if I am explaining this well.There are a few designs that work though.
Any advice would be helpful.
