When my computer is started windowblinds starts like this....(see the attached image) I then have to go into windows appearance settings, select winxp style, then go into windowblinds and selevct my skin. I have to do this every time the computer is restarted....which stinks as it is my laptop and it gets turned off and on quite a bit

I have read in here that the latest version of Panda might be the cause of this, and which I do have installed.

Any suggestions???
