WinKey brings up Start Menu instead of Right Click

Help Please

I have removed program and reinstalled, doesn't fix problem. I can't use mouse cursor to narrow or widen the Right Click menu and I can't get Right Click to appear over the top of programs when I hit the WinKey on the keyboard, the start menu appears. Any ideas and Happy Holidays!
