Here is the 'zapper' utility https://www.stardock.com/files/ODNT_zapper.exe
I you feel like attempting a fresh start from scratch, you can try the following:
1 - Copy any skin files you want to save to a temporary folder.
2 - Unload all customization programs, and then return Windows to the default theme using "Display Properties > Themes tab > select Windows XP from Theme drop-down list > click "Apply".
3 - Use the 'zapper' utility (double-click downloaded file) and select all applications listed under "uninstall" tab > click "Apply" to uninstall.
4 - Go to the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > select any remaining WindowBlinds listing, and use the Remove or Uninstall button (you should get a message indicating program has been uninstalled, do you want to remove from list?) > select Yes.
5 - Uninstall the Sysmetrix, and any other customization programs you believe may be conflicting using either the 'uninstaller' in All Programs folder, or using Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
6 - With all Stardock Programs uninstalled, use Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs to remove Stardock Central (use the Custom option during uninstall and use the "Select All" buttons in subsequent dialogs to remove all files that can be removed (also select the "Yes to All" button in the Shared Files message dialog during uninstall)
7 - Reboot computer, and delete any SDCentral, Object Desktop, and Stardock folders left in the following directories:
- C:\Program Files
- C:\Program Files\Common Files
- C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Programs
- C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data
- C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temp
8 - Reinstall Stardock Central > start Stardock Central > Login using e-mail and password > close the "beta" update offered for Stardock Central > go to Tools\Settings, then select "Check for Stardock Central Release updates on startup" and "Prompt before updating Stardock Central" > click OK > restart Stardock Central > accept offer to update to version 2.20.357 > reboot computer.
9 - Start Stardock Central > use Tools\Register Products to enter serial number for products and update > attempt to install WB5.
This is a pain, but may be the way to remove the 'Uninstaller" from loading on you.
I would also recommend clearing any cookies and temporary internet files that relate to Stardock before attempting again.
Note - Theme Manager may not be hitting on all cylinders with the new WB5, so you may want to load manually until other programs can catch up as needed.
Note #2 - someone else may have an easier solution, so waiting a bit would not hurt.
