Email kwilas@stardock.com the .\program files\sdcentral\login.txt and I'll take a look over the weekend.
Check you've not got a firewall/proxy/ad-blocker/something filtering out traffic and preventing sdcentral.exe from connecting to the net.

Have you emailed to the link that yrag posted? Did you contact support@stardock.com? Have you had your info emailed to you to double check (www.stardock.com/support)?
Since you are not giving any info on what you have tried, it is *really* hard to try and help. You haven't even stated where you are trying to log in, as an example. It's not possible to provide support with such little information.
On which Stardock page? Or, are you referring to Stardock Central?
What are you checking it against?
Are you running a firewall or other program/device that could interfere with data transfer?
I tested your information that I have in the database, and was able to log into SDC and was able to login and download through your ObjectDesktop Subscription. There is nothing wrong with your account, so we have to figure out what is interfering.
My reply #7 would have fixed it (double check your info). A a side note, the only way that an email address can get changed is by the owner of the account. There is nothing else that can "automatically' change it or would even attempt to. Please do not act like this was somehow done to you (as stated in your other thread). The reason that I suggested having your info emailed to you is because we have seen many times people changing (or using one that they didn't intend to) their email address then not remembering that they did it.
That's really not needed nor constructive.
