I'm at uni and really felt like blogging but this computer isn't going to let me log in! So this can be a little secret blog for people to find. Kind of like in those computer games where you can get bonus points by going down the secret passages that people who have played the game only once or twice don't know about. In this case the tables have turned from the way it was when I was a kid: my friend or cousin would be the one with the game and I'd sit and watch them play and politely decline if I was offered a turn. I knew that my natural complete lack of coordination coupled with my joystick-using experience level of zero would result in certain embarrassment if I accepted.
Now that was something of a strange tangent. Here's another one: I think the person who last used this computer must have been eating at the time because the keys of the keyboard are all greasy. Maybe they were chowing down on a ham and cheese croissant or something else deliciously oily consisting mostly of puff pastry. Or maybe it was some chips. Or maybe it was just a dry morsel of stale bread -- I've hardly eaten today and I'm fantasising about pretty much any source of sustenance. Hey, did I just see a rat crawl behind that desk?
(I didn't... and it's probably just as well, for more reasons than one)
