This is a great free Windows Explorer replacement.

Xplorer lite is a free version of xplorer, a tabbed dual-pane windows explorer replacement with integrated quick previewer. Compared to the professional version it lacks customizability and the powerful search command. Version 1.4.0.1 lite may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

I have the registerd version. Compared to Total Commander it feels more "native". But I use both for different purposes.

i run the full version too, it´s worth every cent. it had those great scrap containers long before OSX or Vista (i think they call it virtual folders there).
