Hey Patriots; the text file Chris is referring to is called Skinning The Dock, for me is in Object Dock folder, ODPlus.
I downloaded one of your bootskins that is awaiting moderation; the screen image must be a 16 color 4 bit bitmap, the 24 bit image you have used will not work. When you get the image right and are ready to upload open bootskin app, select skin in list, click File, click Export skin to file, this will package it properly. You should also use the same name for folder, bootskin, and upload name.
