flickering

Using WB5 (4.95[b].012) with per-pixel skin (VistaXP).

When playing a quicktime movie using Media Player Classic and moving the window around, the window will flicker. If you have multiple windows open, all of them will flicker.

This issue sounds like the fault of the Media Player program. Have you tried other comparable programs to see if they produce the same result?
