Okay, apparently the email support team isn't going to be able to provide any assistance. Hopefully the masses have something to offer. Here's what I emailed earlier:

This is a problem I noticed some time ago doing a trial of Onfolio with
WB4.5 (or earlier). I had forgotten it and just purchased Onfolio and it
still happens with the latest WB5.0 betas as well.
Apparently Onfolio uses custom menu graphics and WB paints over them or
something. With WB5 right now I get a blank translucent menu on any Onfolio
menus. I can add an exclusion for the Onfolio Desktop application and that
fixes it but Onfolio is mainly used as a browser sidebar. The only way to
make it work in Firefox and IE is to completely exclude those applications.
Is there another fix for this issue? Is it a known problem?
