Are you referring to a different skin applied to each account on a PC?

That's certainly understandable, Sir, but just as freightening is this: "car'nt." Where's Jafo?

bmwchubb is referring to the left pane and other bits of the User Accounts window (see Control Panel -> User Accounts). I assume Windows is doing something that prevents WindowBlinds from skinning the contents of that window. I don't know of any way to skin it.

It's just a box made from Windows 'classic colours'. There's nothing to skin...
