The main problem is that the icon that sits down by the Start Button that brings up the Tablet Input Panel is also not skinned... and there's no way to remove that button from the taskbar from what I know.
I don't mind that the tabtip window itself isn't skinned... but having a big ugly white area on my taskbar (with 5.0 beta) really looks nasty.
