Can't Create New Icon packages

each save mangles my work

I've been ripping out my hair trying to convert some Linux icons to XP. I've gotten the conversion done in Icon Developer, but IconPackager keeps mixing up my changes each time I "save" my work (for example my mail icon will get switched to the trash full icon). I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...any help would be appreciated.

Are you doing this in package builder, in view IP menu bar. Open folder with icons, open IP, open package builder.
Click and drag icons from folder to what you want them to be in IP. When done save as.

@Cavan1: Yeah I've been doing exactly what you describe. I can get the icons assigned in package builder, but when I save and reopen get mixed up. I open up the icl file in Icon developer and seemed to only have a subset of the icons I had assigned as well.
