You will need to change them manually by right-clicking them in the folder (not in the flyout, but by going to their location) > select Properties > use "Change icon" button, the Customize tab, or Icon tab if you have Icon Packager installed > browse to the new icon > select and apply the new icon image.

Note - if you do not have Icon Packager installed, and there is no Change icon button, or Customize tab - the icon can't be changed without a registry hack of some sort.
