Theme Error: LogonStudio unable to locate Theme.ini

I just started using Theme Manager and am having trouble with getting the LoginStudio to work. I have downloaded 20-30 theme’s from WinCustomize. When loading the theme I have the advanced options tab open so I can see what is going to be installed. Most of the themes include a login screen, and when I click the apply button to load the theme it indicates that it is downloading the theme components. After the components download the theme is applied and I get an error message that says "Cannot find C:\programfiles\wicustomize\loginstudio\*nameoftheme*\theme.ini". Is this something anyone has experience with?

is there an answer to this?  I am having the same problem, but his question os from a couple of months back, and no solutions...

Do you have LogonStudio installed? You can find it here Link

Have you manually explored to find the theme.ini's in question? If so, you may need to go to the gallery and download these Logons seperately. I had problems with getting ThemeManager to download and install theming software, so I just got out my trusty browser and did it myself.

If/when you have LogonStudio installed, it must be 'registered' to apply logons via ThemeManager......to check, open LogonStudio and click on yes if/when you see "Logonstudio is no longer registered. Do you wish to register it now." When LogonStudio is registered, you then need to open ThemeManager, go to Logons in the menu and check to see if the relevant logons are present in the list. If not, click the add button and navigate to C:/ Program files> Wincustomize>LogonStudio>select all files and add them manually by double clicking on the LogonStudio document...... repeat process to continue adding. As said scorpio logic said before, you will have to download the logons if they are not present in LogonStudio. This worked for me. Hope it helps.

When installing a suite TM installs the logon folder into WinCustomize\LogonStudio\Themes\BlahBlah
When it then attempts to apply the logon it looks for it in WinCustomize\LogonStudio\BlahBlah

Ok everyone prepare to slap yourselves in the forehead...

I was looking to hard for the fix the whole time. All you have to do is go into LogonStudio go to Options and change the Logon Path to C:\Program Files\WinCustomize\LogonStudio\Themes . Then just remember to install any logons that you download seperately into there. Theme Manager installs them there when you download suites already.
