Multiple Desktops

...with multiple icon-desktops?

Hi
me is a big noob in Desktop X , better said, I use it since 2 days (again) ... ^^

Now I have a Question:
Is is possible to make 2 desktops, but have i.e. on every desk an other background and especially other icons ?
