Is there a way to turn Windowblinds off, so that it doesn't load at startup? In my never ending quest to avoid doing work, I switch between Windowblinds and StyleXP. But when I unload Windowblinds and later restart, Windowblinds automatically starts, even when I turn it off in my startup manager.
