Start Menu no longer sees "All Users"

There have been a couple of new versions of RightClick recently and one thing I have noticed that has changed is that when I create a StartMenu menu with RightClick, it only shows the items in the StartMenu for the currently logged in user (WinXP). I'm pretty sure it used to also include the StartMenu items from the All Users folder as well.

If you go to the actual Start Menu and then Programs, the list you see there is a combination of two start menus: the current user's start menu and the All Users start menu.
The actual locations for these folders are:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu
C:\Documents and Settings\userid\Start Menu (where userid is the username currently logged in)

Have RightClick been like this all along? I'm not 100% sure and don't really want to downgrade just to find out. Seems like a bug either way, isn't it?

I really love having RightClick around, it's one of the most useful tools I've ever found (next to ObjectDock).

After reading your post I looked into making sure this feature still was functioning correctly. The good news is it would appear as if its still working just fine, I'm using the most recent v1.1a. Hopefully there's no problem specific to your computer that we're seeing, but assuming not lets give this a try. Just for the sake of it we'll create a brand new "Folder Menu" entry on your bar instead of configuring the existing one. On creation it should already be configured to point to "Programs" as its target and to show as a menu, so just OK out of any dialog that comes up. Click on the item and a menu should show up; you may need to click the expander button to show not-recently-used items. It should contain a merging of both programs folder from all users and your local user.

Some bits of information I can add, if you want to disable the "Smart Menus" for the programs menu that requires you to click to expand it to see infrequently used items, check in the General Options dialog by right clicking RightClick's tray menu. I'd recommend trying this first if you are still seeing a problem, as I could see the weird case happening where some skin has an invisible or tiny expander arrow which could make it seem like the menu is incorrect. An additional note, if you have the Programs folder just run, and not have it come up in a menu, it will of course just open one folder and not be able to show both in one.
