For the past month, I've been using WindowBlinds instead of ThemeXP, and I have developed a high regard for the program. My biggest reason, is because I use Netscape as opposed to IE (there are a couple features I like better w/ Netscape), the download manager lets me automatically download new skins and such into the proper folder so that the program has no trouble finding it.
I'm also impressed that unlike ThemeXP, there's no Visual Style, as opposed to Themes. And nothing is worse than downloading a visual style and then finding out that it's not a theme, or that one of the files is missing.
I think the best thing tho, is the fact that the skins arent bundled. With Theme XP you have to be careful because some of the themes are designed to run as executables, and will come bundled with spamware (what I call the crap that you dont want bundled in with the one thing you do).
So now, I'm torn, between buying OD, or WindowsBlinds. At the present time, cant afford both...
