Well I finally managed to work out how to get a sub-bar popup from a main bar item, via the cleverly hidden advanced editor.
Now why is it that the advanced (legacy) editor has a File->Legacy Theme Editor option as well as the new Them Editor, but the (new) Theme Editor doesn't. Shouldn't the advanced option be on the new one (and not on itself!)
