Please make sure there is not an iprepair.dll in the IconPackager directory. If there is, attempt to delete it. If it won't go: Start / Run
regsvr32 /u "C:\program files\stardock\object desktop\iconpackager\iprepair.dll" and reboot. Then remove it.
Uninstall the enhanced dialog beta as well if you're running it.
Without physical access to the machines, the symptoms sound like the iprepair.dll issue from early this month.
