you need too hit the "PrtScr" button it will be to the right of yer f12 button it will also say "SysRq" on that button as well.....i never knew how to do this til about 5 years ago and was amazed that it could be done.....
works nicely if yer havin problems and cant explain what they are over a messenger program......easily hit PrtScr open paint and go to edit and hit paste!! save it as whatever you like.....easy as pie....you can then send yer file and show off yer desktops
