I've been using WindowBlinds 4.4 for a few months on win XP SP2 without any problems.
Recently i upgraded my computer (new motherboard and processor), re-installed windows and re-installed WindowBlinds.
WindowBlinds is no longer able to skin my windows properly. When i apply a skin right after installing WindowBlinds, most elements such as taskbar and windows are skinned correctly (see http://stuff.uniquesolutions.com.au/win-blind-b4-reboot.jpg ). But after i restart my computer, most elements are not skinned, or some are and some aren't. For example most applications will have their windows skinned, but windows explorer and file folders won't. The taskbar isn't skinned, and most of the start menu is not skinned (see http://stuff.uniquesolutions.com.au/win-blind-after-reboot.jpg )
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing WindowBlinds several times, and each time it will work after an install then stop working after a reboot.
Apart from the processor and motherboard, there have been no hardware changes since WindowBlinds worked previously. I am using the same video card (9600XT) with the latest drivers. I am using the same skin, same desktop wallpaper, etc.
What can i do to fix this problem??
