I've been trying to figure out what was making changing windows with objectdock slow for a couple of days now and I've narrowed it down to viewing videos. When I first launch object dock changing windows/tabs in firefox/opening stuff is all very fast until I watch a video. I've tried windows media player 10 and classic/bsplayer/windvd/winamp and as soon as a video is opened up in any of them performance dies. Swapping windows or tabs in firefox or opera takes about 1 or 2 seconds where as usually its instant.
This slow changing or rendering of windows continues even after I've closed the video. To regain performance all I have to do is close object dock and start it back up and everything is fast again. It isn't a memory problem as objectdock is only taking up 6mb in taskmanager.
Anyone else using object dock noticed the same rendering slowness after watching a video? Know a fix for it?
ps I've noticed that playing a video makes it instantly slow but the slowness also occurs if I just leave objectdock running. Like if I leave it overnight and don't touch it, in the morning changing windows will be slow as well.
