I ran into this over the weekend -
First of all this bug only affects those with Windows XP SP2 who only have the built in zip file opener set as the default program to open up zipfiles.
To solve this issue ,
Search for a zip file program across the web , one such as Winzip , install it , and once you run it , set this software as the default software for opening compressed zip files. Once you do this , reset your computer , and then go back to WinCustomize. Pick out a skin to auto - install and voila! It works
Once again , this bug only affects those who have the built in Zip File program in Windows XP as the default program for opening files.
