Some errors needing to be fixed...admin or T-Man help needed please.

A couple of problems have risen and need some admins intervention to be sorted out.

Problem 1:
There's a file that says Processing Files for a couple of days now, not Awaiting Moderation. I didn't receive mail whether it got accepted or not but it says it's Processing so i guess it must have been accepted. It's a bootskin called Basic XP. Also i've sent other bootskins after that which got accepted and are on the galleries now. I guess something must have got stuck in there or not? The link to it is: Link

Problem 2:
I've sent a wall that got accepted called Inside The Matrix. Although i see it in My Skins i can't find it anywhere else in the site. It does not show in walls section.Here is a link to it: Link

Problem 1: Basic XP -- The files did not upload properly so you will need to reupload that skin.  I have moved it to into the waiting moderation status.

Problem 2: Inside The Matrix. -- We have a new setting for allowing your skin to be displayed on your personal pages only.  You must have accidently set this. If this option is selected we will not be as strict in moderation and the skin will only show on your personal page (if you have one).  I have turned that flag off on your wall so it will show up now.

Problem 3:  Stats not updating.  Can you give us some specifics, like which stat and what number the stat is stuck at.  I will let Flyin (JR) know about this one. That's his area.

My stats are stuck also = #site hits and # site hits today.

I'm not sure if this is what gooberbean is talking about but here's an example of what I have seen:

Yes thats one of the problems as pictoratus stated above,the other is # Site Hit(Rank):says 6345 and the # of views: says 100/6550 shouldnt the # Site Hits(Rank): say 6550 also?

Mine has been that way for months. Most the time it says I have only had 1 page vist. Today is says 2. I think the site hits rank is a daily thing, Jon. I could be wrong. My site referral hasn't been counted either.

Okay,i'll be re-uploading today.

Didn't see that option, but i'm sure i mustn't have selected it, unless it's set as a default option.

The following fields are the ones i guess they are a bit stuck:
- Skin Comments Given (Rank): 241 (158) - I think it's more comments.
- # Total Downloads (Rank): 347,382 (66) - The counter must be around 3000 downloads up.
- BootSkins 106,291 (19) - In the popular charts i show as 16.
- DesktopX Themes 24,921 (55) - In the popular charts i show as 74.
- DesktopX Widgets 917 (53) - In the popular charts i show as 54.
- WallPapers 188,928 (12) - In the popular charts i show as 11.
- WinAmp 19,470 (36) - In the popular charts i show as 38.

New problem risen:

My Blue Matrix bootskin (Link:Link) isn't showing in Bootskins Gallery, it's only shown in My Skins and in my Personal Site. Maybe it's that option again! Could someone please give a hand of help to the helpless?

Most of these stats are only calculated once per day and that is why the stat does not always show the same information.  We are working on trying to update this page more frequently so the stats are more up to date.

Ok now my Blue Matrix skin is back in moderation! What do i do? Was it a failed upload? So that i re-upload it? Thnx for any response.
