Does anyone know of a way to make the system tray tooltips (such as the one that comes up when XP wants you to update, or new hardware is installed etc, though these arnt the ones im worried about) show up on top of the dock?
I have my system tray dock set to autohide, and always on top, however whenever a tooltip comes up I dont see it unless i happen to be on the desktop. This is very frustrating, especially as im browsing through windowblind skins right now, and the quickest way to install them is to use the tooltip.
Any suggestions?
