windows 3.1 -- Program Manager theme?

I am wondering if anyone has created a incorporating a Program Manager setup. I used to really like the Program Manager, more so than having my desktop littered with detritus.

I've done a search, but there are hundreds of results and none of them seem to be that for which I am actually looking. Thanks!

I've run the Windows 3.1 DesktopX theme, it's eerily accurate.
