Citizen Chris Hooper, your not high enough to rate. You have to be an apprentice or higher or a WC subscriber. A mod gives a piece of work the initial rating, then all the people who can rate and want to rate something does so. A mod will most likely give you a fair rating where the masses will either rate you high (your friends) or rate you low ( your enemies) Some will rate you fairly. The higher that person is, the more weight the rating carries. An apprentice carries a weighted rating of a multiplier of 2. A journeyman a rating of 4. Get the picture? Hope so.
