how to install skin

i downloaded a skin by essencay that can be found at:

however, i don't know how to install the skin
can someone tell me how?

Assuming you have the ObjectDockPlus program installed https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/
extract the contents of the zip file to the Backgrounds folder in the ObjectDockPlus directory. The skins will now be available in the Tabs & Styles section of your tabbed dock Properties.
