Hey, fusion, the only gear you need to buy is Object Desktop at around 50 bucks, and from there you can apply pretty much all the skins on Wincustomize. There are some other 3rd party programs for which there are skins available, but you'd probably find earlier in your skinning life that you'll have more than enough to do with OD.
