We had a logic error that prevented non-admins from creating photo albums that we resolved today. Anyway, now if you're a WinCustomize premium subscriber, you can now create your own photo albums.
We're currently in the process of migrating servers across the country to Chicago so there may be some slowness on the personal pages while we transit (then it should become quite fast). You can check out my personal photo album at the link below.
