I am having problems getting the toolbar icons and windows animations to change, regardless of what settings I choose in the WB config screen. Even if I choose to always use a specific set of toolbar icons and animations, they never change from the Windows default - even after a reboot. This has happened since I installed Windows 2003 Server - prior to this, I was running WinXP and never had this problem. Is this a known issue with Win2k3, or is there perhaps some other problem that might be going on?
