In any event, the company has been in business for around 10 years and creates desktop customization software and a few game titles as well. They have a new program that posts text ads on you website. Now some of you may be saying text ads are a fad but I would say that the internet, much like other mediums such as the TV, radio, newsprint, has a infinity for data. While flash images are cool, it usually does not do much in the way of providing data or information (know the difference!!). Being on the net means reading. This is why text ads work. You see it and read it and if it is done right (as in the back end technology is accurate to the point that it shows related ads to the page) it will more likely to be clicked.

Textbanners.net is a trust worthy affiliate and you do not have to worry about getting cheated. (Believe me I will be watching for that! LOL) If you place it well (that is for another story) you will more than likely get a return.


Now don't just slap a bunch of affiliate on your website and think it will work. No one likes ads so if your going to have them (like me when joetheblow.com opens in November) you better provide something that will actually HELP the person visiting your site. While TV, and news print ads might not have to do that, I am in firm belief that the internet ad has to for the most part.
