Widget Problem

Hi, I'm new to skinning and I'm having a problem with a few of my widgets. I downloaded the GT3 stuff and when I load the weather, email, and media widgets I get this error:
ActiveX component can't create object: 'WScript.Shell'

It's the same error for all 3 widgets and I don't know how to fix it. Any suggestions?
