Icon Packager Question

Hello,

I´m new here.
I have a question about the Icon Packer. I changed my Icons with this program suchesfully with the Shiny Black Icon Pack.
But when i using Programs like Excel, Winrar etc. and i will open a file, the Software Browser shows the Original Folder Icons and not the skinned. You know what i mean? (Sorry, my english is not perfect)

With the windows-explorer all will be work fine.

I think this is normal, but I am not sure. The only thing I know is that it happens on my system as well. The file-types icons do change if I use the browse feature from within Word, but folder-icons stay in their orignial windows form.

...maybe someone else can confirm this?
