Icon 40 & 41 (WMA & MP3 Files)
Yesterday we did a two for one of Windows Media Player icons; today we are going to polish off a few more of the Music File types. These are both amazingly simple icons to make and we can make them with almost no new elements. So lets do it. |
Step 1a:
For both of these icons I start with a copy of the WAV file. For the WMA file I simply change the color of the page to blue, and change the title to WMA. I also give the File a new Reflection because it is blue now

Step 2a:
Now I take the WMP icon that we have used the last 2 days and place it in front of our file. Putting the 2 elements together to make our finished icon.

Here we have our finished icon image.

Step 1b:
Same as above we copy the WAV file, but this time I only change the title (leave the background black).

Step 2b:
Since MP3's are commonly thought of as the Internet music file type, I copy our globe from the HTML file and place it over the new MP3 file.
