Why does people not include weeknumbers when skinning Reinlendar?

Surely someone must feel as iam.

Hopefully i posted this in the right place

Been using Reinlendar since it came out but still rarely can find skins that you can use.

Why you say because if the skin doesnt include weeknumber the calender is useless to me

For regular work at my computer i still use the old skin that is included with Reinlendar
called shadow3.1 or R-calender5 that is the second skin that is using weeknumber and works with white background or blackground..

So what i seek is that skinners try to focus more on the functionality of the skinnable program .

Maybe im just curious how other people think because i have not find one post except mine that complains about
the skin missing weeknumber.

The week numbers are useless to me. I have only done a couple rainy skins but I do them to satisfy my purposes. I have seen alot others around that have week numbers.
I think it's actually a setting that you can turn off and on yourself. Not sure with the new version of rainlender though. Its a very simple program to configure.

Right click the rainlendar then got to "skins" then "edit current skin" you will see a tab marked weeknumbers, thats where you turn them on and off. However when you do this the width of the rl will change so you may have to make some other adjustments ie. days width, ect..

ah ok thats nice to now though as you said you need to mess with the ini files..

it would be better if the skin include weeknumber and you turn it off maybe doesnt need modifying the ini files then?.

Maybe should say that i usually plan my week by weeknumber maybe something not everyone does..

Either way, turning them on or off, the ini would need modifying. Thats probably why everyone just leaves it off.

I guess you must be German (or other close European neighbour to Germany)?

I don't know anyone else in the world that uses week numbers except for my German colleagues.

managed to get weeknumber to look ok in the airlock skin

Well.. I can tell you.. that .. Denmark uses weeknumber..TOOO... and we are NOT german..
Just felt like adding a comment on the subject.. hahaha.
