I figured out a way to eliminate the WinTV problem resulting from ObjectDock Plus (as well as my earlier Microsoft Word problem)....
What this leaves are only minor issues I can cope with:
(1) When you drag trash to the recycle bin in a non-tabbed zoom dock, the trash can will wiggle away unless you have either "show running applications" or "show Windows taskbar" activated (this is true either with the default recycle bin or the add-on docklet); and when you drag trash to the recycle bin in a tabbed dock, the trash can always seems to wiggle away.
(2) I am still hoping that a future version of ObjectDock Plus will support floating zoom docks (as well as floating tab docks);
(3) For some reason the Windows Explorer icon I have created on my dock requires a double mouse click rather than a single click to activate.
